The Payment Models SHARECONSULT offers clients three different payment models. They are defined in the placing of order. Variant 1: • In terms of expenditure “time and material”, • per hour, • per day Variant 2: Shareholder Value evolution measured based upon: • index values, • absolute share increases after initiation, or • a combination of the share increases and indices-modifications Variant 3: • A combination of variant 1 and 2 Throughout the payment model, ShareConsult is “side by side" with your principles and, depending on customer preference, participates in corporate investment in the necessarry manner as well as in the company’s success.
